Role & responsibilities Handle inbound customer calls and provide assistance. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information. Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Ensure customer satisfaction and build sustainable relationships. Collaborate with other team members to improve service standards. Preferred candidate profile Graduate in any Stream, BA, BCOM, BSC, MA, MCOM, Btech, BCA Previous experience in a customer service role preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively. Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
