IELTS Trainer

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable IELTS Trainer to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in teaching and a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals. As an IELTS Trainer, you will be responsible for preparing students for the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) exam, providing them with the skills and strategies needed to excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of students preparing for the IELTS exam.
• Assess students' language proficiency and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
• Conduct mock tests to familiarise students with the exam format and timing.
• Offer guidance on test-taking strategies and techniques to improve performance across all four components: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements.
• Foster a supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
• Stay updated with the latest IELTS examination formats and teaching methodologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in teaching English as a second language or a related field, with a focus on IELTS preparation preferred.
• Strong understanding of the IELTS exam structure and assessment criteria.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage students effectively.
• A degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related discipline is advantageous.
• Certification in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) or equivalent is desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs.
