About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate IELTS Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training, guiding students through all IELTS modules, and ensuring strong learning outcomes through structured coaching and feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and interactive IELTS training sessions (online & offline).
• Train students in Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking modules.
• Evaluate student performance and provide detailed, constructive feedback.
• Conduct regular mock tests, assess submissions, and analyze performance trends.
• Ensure structured class delivery, discipline, and a positive learning environment.
• Maintain student progress reports and learning plans.
• Participate in faculty meetings, academic planning, and workshops for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a relevant field.
• TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification is a plus.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in IELTS or English language training.
• Strong command over English language and IELTS exam patterns.
• Ability to conduct both individual and group sessions effectively.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
