The charter for this role will include:

• Create and appear in educational content for Leap Scholar's YouTube channel, including IELTS or SAT (Verbal or Math) tips, strategies, and sample answers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging video content that helps students prepare for IELTS or SAT (Verbal or Math).
• Conduct IELTS or SAT (Verbal or Math) preparation classes for individuals or groups of students.
• Assess students' English language and quantitative proficiency levels.
• Provide constructive feedback on students' performance and progress, helping them identify areas for improvement.
• Administer mock IELTS or SAT (Verbal or Math) exams to gauge students' readiness and track their progress.
• Offer guidance on effective test-taking strategies and time management techniques
• Encourage and motivate students to achieve their target IELTS or SAT (Verbal or Math) scores.
• Stay updated on IELTS or SAT (Verbal & Math) exam trends, format changes, and scoring criteria.
• Communicate regularly with students to address their questions, concerns, and provide additional support.

Ideal Persona:

• Comfortable appearing on camera and creating educational video content.
• Strong presentation skills and engaging personality suitable for digital content creation.
• You have taught IELTS or SAT (Verbal & Math) for at least 6 months.
• Should have experience across all modules OR should have appeared for IELTS (minimum score of 6.5) and/or SAT.

Prerequisites for this role will include:

• 1–2 days per week dedicated to YouTube content shoots at the office
• 8 hours of sessions; 6 days a week
