Job Position: Territory Sales Manager Follow up on all sales leads and enquiries promptly. Achieve or exceed budgeted sales targets. Identify prospective clients' exact requirements through questioning, careful observation, and a comprehensive sales survey. Entertain prospective clients, combining this with visits to existing satisfied customers when appropriate. Liaise closely with operational staff on all aspects of a prospective new contract, ensuring their agreement on all details. Maintain communication with the client once the contract is initiated and show ongoing interest in the operation. Complete a daily/weekly log of all activities. Analyse statistics to identify key sales areas, challenges and success rates. Research prospective clients thoroughly to ensure a professional and informed approach. Monitor and be aware of competitor activity regularly. Present well-researched, realistic proposals to prospective clients, ensuring they are cost-effective and achievable. Proactively seek and act on new business opportunities. Required skills: Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. 2- 5 years of management experience with leading IT/ software/ hospitality companies or OTA experience. Strong presentation skills, with clear and effective written and verbal communication. Good problem-solving skills at both a strategic and functional level.
