The IDMC Admin plays a key role in ensuring the platform functions optimally, supports the organization's data management strategy, and is secure and efficient. Below are the main roles and responsibilities: Installation and Configuration User Management and Access Control Monitoring and Troubleshooting Backup and Disaster Recovery Performance Optimization Security and Compliance Integration Management Upgrades and Maintenance Key Skills for an Informatica IDMC Administrator: - In-depth knowledge of Informatica IDMC tools and components. - Experience in cloud computing environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) as IDMC is a cloud-based platform. - SQL and data management skills for handling data integrations and transformations. - Familiarity with ETL processes, data quality, and governance practices. - Experience with security, compliance, and backup management in cloud environments.
