IDM Analyst - Engineer - IT-2

As an IT Access Management Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to manage user access provisioning and deprovisioning processes, ensuring secure access management. You will be tasked with processing access requests, assigning roles, handling ServiceNow tickets, providing email support for access-related queries, and ensuring compliance with access control policies and SLAs. Your role will require experience with IDM tools, familiarity with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow, knowledge of IT security principles, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple requests with attention to detail. To excel in this role, you should have prior experience in IAM roles, a technical background such as B.Tech/BCA (any graduate acceptable), and a proactive approach to learning and growth.
