Identity Security Engineer

As a Customer Identity Front-End Developer and Platform Engineer at the company, you will play a crucial role in engineering, developing, and providing 24/7 support for identity and access management solutions on the customer identity platform using Azure AD B2C. Your responsibilities will include working closely with various Ford teams and partners to ensure a secure and premium customer experience aligning with Ford's focus areas. You should possess expertise in user interface development and a strong commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and support highly available solutions for the customer identity platform on Azure AD B2C - Collaborate with Ford teams and partners to ensure a secure and premium customer experience - Cultivate technical proficiency in critical areas such as Ford Member Account product, Azure AD B2C ecosystem, networking, security compliance, and software development principles - Integrate and consume RESTful APIs - Maintain and update UI in accordance with Ford UI Design Team specifications - Research, engineer, develop, and support the front-end web experience for the platform - Build and maintain solutions complying with Ford Information Security policy and architectural standards - Use modern software development Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality software on time and on budget - Create and maintain automation tests - Contribute to the development of customer identity and access management strategies and roadmap - Provide collaborative 24/7 support for the platform **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's Degree or a Combination of Education/Employment - Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in: - Strong hands-on development skills with JavaScript (ES5, ES6), jQuery, and DOM APIs - Mastery of HTML5, CSS3, and CSS pre-processors like SCSS - Understanding of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, PKCE, Identity and SSO principles, token exchange, scopes, and claims - Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and performance optimization - Experience with Git/GitHub, JavaScript bundlers like Gulp and Webpack, and accessibility best practices (WCAG standards) - Knowledge in crafting and using Regex for complex string processing tasks - Experience in software testing (Automation, Manual) - Strong problem-solving skills, verbal, interpersonal, and written skills - Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, challenge the status quo, and manage ambiguity *Preferred Requirements:* - Working experience with Jira - 2 or more years of experience with Playwright Scripting for Automation Test Creation and Maintenance - Experience developing, maintaining, and testing web and mobile applications for a large-scale consumer base - Understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles - Demonstrated understanding of Azure AD B2C,
