ICU Nurse

Job Title: ICU Nurse (5–6 Years Experience)Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICU Nurse to join our critical care team. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 6 years of hands-on experience in intensive care settings, with a strong ability to respond to life-threatening situations, administer high-level care, and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
• Monitor, assess, and document patient condition, including vital signs, neurological status, and responses to treatment.
• Operate and troubleshoot advanced life-support equipment (e.g., ventilators, infusion pumps, monitors).
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and blood products as prescribed.
• Respond rapidly to emergency situations using advanced critical care skills.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals in developing and implementing care plans.
• Educate and support patients' families, offering updates and emotional support.
• Ensure infection control practices and hospital protocols are strictly followed.
• Precept and mentor junior nursing staff and nursing students.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records using electronic health record systems.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) acceptable with experience.
• Licensure: Active RN license (state-specific).
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of ICU/critical care nursing experience.
• Certifications:
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) preferred

• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple critical patients.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
