ICU Nurse

As an ICU Nurse at SMSIMSR located in Muddenahalli, Chikkaballapur, Karnataka, you will play a pivotal role in critical care within our state-of-the-art intensive care unit. With a minimum of 2 years of experience in ICU nursing, you will have the opportunity to handle high-acuity patients, work with advanced life-support systems, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary critical care team dedicated to saving lives every day. Your key responsibilities will include monitoring critically ill patients and promptly responding to emergency situations, operating and managing ventilators, infusion pumps, and cardiac monitors, administering medications, IV fluids, and blood products following ICU protocols, assisting intensivists in advanced procedures like intubation, central line insertion, and resuscitation, ensuring strict infection control and patient safety protocols, as well as educating and supporting patients" families on critical care management. Furthermore, you will be responsible for accurately documenting and reporting patient progress and vital statistics.
