ICU Nurse

As an experienced and compassionate ICU Registered Nurse, you will join our critical care team to provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients. Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team, you will ensure exceptional outcomes are achieved. - Assess and prioritize patient needs through thorough assessments, identification of patient needs, and prioritization of care. - Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based care plans aligned with patient-specific goals. - Administer medications, fluids, and prescribed treatments while monitoring and interpreting vital signs and lab results. - Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care. - Maintain accurate records by documenting patient information, care plans, and treatment outcomes. - Provide emotional support and education to patients, families, and caregivers for patient-centered care. - Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and identify process improvements.
