Role Description

This is a full-time role for an ICU Medical Officer, located on-site in the Kutch district. The ICU Medical Officer will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring patient conditions, performing medical and surgical procedures, collaborating with physicians and healthcare professionals, and attending to any emergencies that arise. Additionally, the officer will be involved in training and mentoring junior staff and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Qualifications

Expertise in Patient Care and Working with Physicians
Experience in Training and mentoring healthcare staff
Strong decision-making and critical thinking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Experience in intensive care or emergency medicine is a plus
Valid medical license and a degree in Medicine or a related field
