Role & responsibilities

Oversee patient care:
Ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care in critical situations.
Establish standards:
Set standards for consistent, high-quality care and guide staff in the management of critically ill patients.
Implement quality improvement:
Lead efforts in quality assurance, patient safety, and the development of programs to monitor and improve patient care indicators.
Manage equipment:
Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and that necessary supplies are available.
Perform clinical duties:
Depending on the role, may directly participate in patient care, provide consultations, or guide other physicians.

Preferred candidate profile

MD/DM/IDCCM/IFCCM Having 14-20 years of ICU handling experience
