Position: Senior Location: Juinagar, Mumbai Direct Tax Researcher We are seeking a resource to assist an in-house technical team in conducting research on Income-tax related issues. Roles & Responsibilities - Conducting research on technical issues concerning Indian Income-tax law, involving tasks such as reading commentaries and scanning online databases to identify relevant decisions, short-listing the decisions, comprehending vast amounts of information, and summarizing the research concisely. - Possess in-depth knowledge of Indian Income-tax law, significant decisions, and recent amendments in the law. - Stay updated with the latest tax developments in domestic and international tax matters. - Demonstrate a strong ability to read and interpret tax law, with a willingness to tackle complex tax issues. - Showcase excellent drafting and communication skills.
