We're looking for a experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead and scale our technology function. As the CTO, you’ll play a strategic and hands-on role - from writing and reviewing code, to building a great development team, to translating founder vision into scalable technology solutions. You’ll work closely with the founders to break down product ideas into executable technical tasks, run agile sprints, and ensure clean, secure, and scalable development across platforms. 👨💻 Responsibilities Tech Strategy & Execution: Strategize the technology roadmap. Translate business requirements into tech architecture and sprint-level plans. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow the tech team. Set best practices, review code, and ensure a high-performance engineering culture. Sprint Planning: Break down product features and founder inputs into user stories, tasks, and sprint cycles. Hands-on Development: Actively contribute to code across front-end and back-end. System Architecture: Build and maintain scalable, secure, and performant systems that support rapid growth. Tech Stack Ownership: Oversee development across Flutter, React Native (mobile), React/Next.js (frontend), Node.js (backend), AWS (infra), and MongoDB (DB). DevOps & Deployment: Set up CI/CD pipelines, automate deployment processes, manage cloud infrastructure. Security & Reliability: Implement best practices for data protection, access control, and uptime monitoring. ✅ Requirements 7+ years of experience in a senior engineering role (Tech Lead, VP Engineering, or similar) Strong hands-on skills in: Frontend: React, Next.js Mobile: Flutter Backend: Node.js Database: MongoDB Cloud: AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, etc.) Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills Maintain proper technical documentation of systems, APIs, and onboarding guides. Experience in running Agile sprints, JIRA/project boards, and team productivity tools Ability to translate non-technical requirements into detailed technical tasks Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities 🌟 Bonus Skills Familiarity with performance optimization & analytics tools. Prior experience in building B2C apps or SaaS platforms. Understanding of UI/UX and product-centric development.
