Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, bake, and decorate customized cakes using icing, fondant, ganache, and other decorative techniques.
  • Create intricate fondant figurines, flowers, and other edible decorations.
  • Collaborate with customers and the bakery team to bring creative cake designs to life.
  • Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and visual appeal across all cakes.
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and finishing of cakes and ingredients.
  • Manage production schedules to meet daily orders and special event timelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the work area as per FSSAI standards.
  • Stay updated on current cake trends, designs, and decoration techniques.
  • Train and guide junior bakery staff when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
