Job Title: IBM Record Manager Experience Required: 5 Years Location: Pan India Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced IBM Record Manager with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in managing records using IBM tools and platforms, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and accessibility across organizational functions. Key Responsibilities: Manage electronic and physical records in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements using IBM Records Manager or related tools. Develop, implement, and maintain records management policies and procedures. Collaborate with compliance, legal, and IT teams to ensure records are stored and disposed of appropriately. Conduct regular audits of recordkeeping practices and ensure corrective actions are taken. Provide training and support to staff on records management tools and policies. Optimize records management processes using automation or integrations with other systems. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IBM Records Management or a similar role. Strong understanding of electronic records management standards and regulations. Familiarity with IBM ECM (Enterprise Content Management) solutions like FileNet, Content Manager, or similar. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in IBM ECM/Records Manager platforms. Experience in large-scale enterprise environments. Knowledge of data privacy laws (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.)
