Support Activity (L3) on Archiving & Data Masking Experience with Data archival and Data masking tools and techniques. Proficiency in database management and data security practices. Prepare and Manage documentation in Data Archival & Masking implementation Collaborate with development and testing teams to apply data masking to databases and applications Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams Lead the application development process Ensure successful project delivery Mentor and guide team members Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Data Masking Experience using IBM Optim product will be a plus similar product experience also desired Experience in SQL for various Database engines (SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase, and preferably DB2).
