Job Description

Role Overview: As an IBDP Visual Arts Facilitator at Amity Global School, Gurgaon, your main responsibility will be to develop and implement engaging lessons in line with the IBDP framework. You will evaluate student work using various assessments, encourage creativity and critical thinking, and introduce students to diverse artistic traditions. Integration of technology in teaching, collaboration with fellow teachers for interdisciplinary learning, guiding students in assessment preparation, and organizing student art exhibitions will also be part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement engaging lessons aligned with the IBDP framework - Evaluate student work through various assessments - Foster creativity and critical thinking among students - Expose students to diverse artistic traditions - Integrate technology in the teaching process - Collaborate with other teachers to promote interdisciplinary learning - Guide students in assessment preparation - Organize student art exhibitions Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, Art Education, or related field; Master's degree preferred - Relevant teaching experience, especially with the IBDP program - Strong portfolio showcasing various artistic skills - Familiarity with IB assessment criteria and global contexts - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Passion for art education and student-centered learning,
