IAO (PLM End User Support)

As an End User Support specialist at RNTBCI, your role involves providing support for PLM Engineering activities using tools like 3D Experience, Enovia/CATIA, and other relevant applications. Your responsibilities will include: - Performing Engineering end user support for RNTBCI users on Enovia/CATIA and other CAD/PDM applications, offering operational support, assistance, methodologies, coaching, and floor walking support. - Acting as a key player in the end-user incident workflow, resolving incidents at RNTBCI level in a timely manner or escalating when necessary. - Providing software explanations, methodologies, and coaching to end users to enhance their understanding and proficiency. - Monitoring the local status of Engineering applications, including overall behavior and performance measures, to ensure smooth operations. - Building and maintaining a good rapport with end users by delivering quality output on technical issues. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor of Engineering degree Essential skills that are crucial for this position are: - Strong troubleshooting skills in CATIA/Enovia or NX/Teamcenter, as well as other CAD/PDM and CAE applications. - Operational knowledge of relevant tools would be an added advantage. - Experience in providing Automotive CAD/PDM and CAE support. - Working knowledge of the Microsoft product suite. - Exposure to the ITIL framework.
