IAM_Application Onboarding

WRequired Qualifications • 3–6 years in Information Security or IAM, with at least 2+ years in Application Onboarding using RSA Aveksa or similar tools (SailPoint, Saviynt). • Strong understanding of Identity Governance concepts (entitlements, roles, workflows, access reviews). • Proficiency in SQL for data validation and reporting. • Familiarity with XML/CSV file formats and integration processes. • Basic knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP constructs, and authentication mechanisms (SSO, MFA). • Good understanding of ITIL processes (Change, Incident, Problem Management). • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently under tight timelines. Preferred Skills • Exposure to PowerShell or Python scripting for automation. • Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOX, ISO27001, NIST) and audit readiness. • Experience with onboarding across multiple platforms (Windows, UNIX, Databases)
