Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Support Identity Management applications for human and system account management built on PingIdentity and ForgeRock products
Maintain LDAP Directory Services such as PingDirectory and PingDataSync
Provide first-line support during large-scale outages, including pre-mortem, post-mortem, and problem management using data-driven, code-first approaches
Prepare and execute change management activities, creating automation tools where necessary
Collaborate with enterprise technology teams, stakeholders, and Level 2 operations teams
Contribute to performance assessments and training of team members
Improve platform stability by implementing alert automation and self-healing functions
Monitor performance and scalability to ensure systems meet SLOs and SLIs
Participate in on-call rotations (weekday and weekend)
Share knowledge and best practices with the team and community, gathering feedback for system improvements
Address security and compliance issues, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices for data protection
