Description
Role Overview: We are looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with strong hands-on experience in AWS and Terraform to design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure. This role is essential to ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our cloud-based systems using Infrastructure as Code ( IaC ) best practices. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement highly available, secure, and scalable infrastructure on AWS . Develop and manage Terraform scripts to automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration. Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to enable CI/CD processes and infrastructure integration. Monitor cloud environments and proactively resolve performance or availability issues. Implement and manage IAM roles, security groups, and other cloud security configurations. Ensure cost-optimization and governance practices in AWS environments. Maintain documentation for infrastructure, processes, and best practices. Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, VPC, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM). Proven experience with Terraform for writing and managing infrastructure as code. Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Git, Jenkins, GitLab CI). Good understanding of networking, DNS, firewalls, and security best practices in the cloud. Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes or ECS. Exposure to monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Prometheus, ELK). AWS certification (e.g., Solutions Architect Associate/Professional) is a plus. Experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) environment.
