About Insights & Advisory (IA
) :Our Insights and Advisory team plays a crucial role in providing strategic guidance and data driven insights to organizations. By analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and business data, our team helps decision-makers make informed choices that can positively impact their organization&aposs performance and bottom line. We work across diverse industries and sectors like Technology, Industrials, Energy, Chemicals, Life Sciences and Logistics, including market research, strategy, sales and marketing, R&D, and more.
What you will be doing at Evalueserve:
- Data Analysis & Statistics
- Clean, compile, and analyze datasets from grantees and public systems (e.g., DHIS2, NDHS, MICS).
- Apply statistical and econometric methods to assess program outcomes and sector performance.
- Support development of validation trackers, indicator databases, and static dashboards.
- MLE & Results Framework Support:
- Contribute to drafting and refining results frameworks, ensuring indicators are SMART and traceable.
- Assist in indicator mapping, tagging, and outcome alignment across verticals.
- Provide quantitative input into co-creation workshops and validation sessions with POs and DDs
- Research & Documentation:
- Conduct secondary research and benchmarking to inform diagnostics and tool design.
- Generate analytical briefs, trend reports, and visualizations for program team use.
- Maintain structured, version-controlled repositories for all analytical outputs.
What were looking for:
- Masters degree in economics, Development Studies, Statistics, or related social science discipline.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in monitoring & evaluation, statistical analysis, or applied economics within the development sector.
- Proficiency in STATA, R, or Python, with advanced Excel skills.
- Demonstrated ability to combine statistical rigor with sectoral/economic reasoning.
- Strong writing, synthesis, and data visualization skills.
- Experience working with grantees, donors, or government stakeholders is preferred.
