1.Lead Generation and outreach: Identify prospective parents/students through various channel(walk-ins/calls, online inquries/events) followup with leads regularly via phone,email and in person meetings. 2.Counselling and Conversion: counsel parents and students about the school's offerings,curriculum ,facilities and admission procedures. Guide them through the enrolment process and convert inquries into confirmed admissions. 3.Target Achievement: Achieve monthly and yearly admission targets as per the schools business plan Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and track conversions. 4.Event co ordination: Assist in planning and executing admission related events such as open houses,school tours education fairs and parent orientation programs 5.Relationship Management: Build rapport with parents and students to create a positive admission experience Act as a point of contact for queries and follow-ups untill admission closure. 6.Market Intelligence: Collect and analyse information on competitor schools,fees,offerings and admission trends. Share insights with management to refine strategies. 7.Marketing Support: coordinate with the marketing team for local campaigns ,internal customers and promotional materials. suggest new strategies for lead generation based on market trends and feedback. 8.CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate lead and conversion data using CRM tools or excel provide daily/weekly updates to the admissions or business development managers . 9.Collaboration with school staff: work closely with academic coordinators ,front office and admin teams to ensure a smooth admission process. support in documentation and verification of admission related work.
