About Us Since 2012, *Tru Prime Pvt. Ltd.* has operated Punjab’s largest 2000-head dairy farm, mostly HF, at Majara, about 32 km from Ludhiana and 8 km from Ahmedgarh.

The company now seeks to diversify into hydroponics-based multi-crop cultivation, utilizing sustainable practices and leveraging in-house resources.

The venture will consist of multiple hydroponic growing systems designed for cultivating a variety of high-value crops including leafy greens, herbs, exotic vegetables, and specialty fruits. Industry-leading hydroponic technologies will be employed to ensure precision farming with optimized water, nutrient, and space utilization.

The company will also explore the development of nutraceutical and medicinal plants under controlled hydroponic environments.

Job Summary:-

The Hydroponic Technician will be responsible for the day-to-day operation, monitoring, and maintenance of hydroponic farming systems. The role ensures optimal plant growth, system efficiency, and adherence to quality and safety standards in controlled-environment agriculture facilities.

Key Responsibilities:-

* Operate and maintain hydroponic growing systems (NFT, DWC, drip, or aeroponic).

* Monitor nutrient solution levels, pH, EC (electrical conductivity), temperature, and other growth parameters.

* Mix and adjust nutrient formulations as per crop requirements.

* Perform routine checks on pumps, irrigation lines, sensors, and climate control systems.

* Monitor crop health, identify pests/diseases, and implement integrated pest management (IPM).

* Harvest, clean, and package produce while ensuring quality standards.

* Maintain accurate records of crop cycles, yields, and system performance.

* Support installation and setup of new hydroponic systems.

* Adhere to safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols within the farm.

* Assist in research, trials, and improvements in crop cultivation techniques.

Qualifications & Skills:-

* Diploma/Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Biotechnology, or related field.

* Prior experience in hydroponics, greenhouse management, or soilless cultivation preferred.

* Strong knowledge of plant nutrition, crop cycles, and pest/disease management.

* Ability to use monitoring tools, sensors, and farm management software.

* Mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills for system maintenance.

* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

* Physically fit and able to work in controlled-environment farm conditions.
