- Knowledge of hydraulic system & subsystem
- Hydraulic calculation of hydraulic lift , Power steering, Pressure drop etc
- Understanding and can make hydraulic circuits
- Selection of pumps, DCV's,Suction filters, pressure filters, strainers, hoses, hybrid hoses etc
- Understanding of flow requirements & suitably select the hydraulic lines
- Knowledge of sealing methods in high & low pressure lines
- Understanding of DFA, DFM, DFS & DFMEA
- Experience in interaction with suppliers
- Understanding of hydraulic lift working and shall be able to participate and perform field trials.
- Understanding of DVP's and can contribute to the same.
- Quick in problem resolution and warranty issues
- Knowledge of Casting, Forging and Fabrication
- Win win Situations
- Team leadership
- Can work with minimal guidance
- Negotiable skills
- Able to complete task with risk analysis
- Able to work in CFT and demonstrate leadership skills
