Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for L2 support for SAP Hybris and related systems. Investigate and resolve incidents escalated from L1 support, ensuring minimal business disruption. Analyze application logs, monitor system performance, and carry out root cause analysis for recurring issues. Provide timely resolution for storefront-related issues, including Cart, Checkout, Search, and Promotions. Monitor and troubleshoot integrations with third-party systems, such as payment gateways, OMS, etc. Collaborate with L3/development teams for deep-dive technical analysis and resolution of code-level issues. Ensure timely ticket handling in ITSM systems (ServiceNow, JIRA) while maintaining defined SLA targets. Document recurring issues and resolution steps; contribute to the knowledge base and support documentation. Perform routine maintenance activities: cache clearing, cronjob monitoring, deployment checks, etc. Provide on-call and weekend support as part of a rotational schedule. Background & Skills Required (Good to Have) Strong understanding of Hybris architecture, including data modeling (items.xml, FlexibleSearch), and administrative tools (Backoffice, HAC, HMC). Hands-on experience with Impex scripts for data import/export. Proficient in Hybris core modules: Product Catalog, Cart, Checkout, Promotions, etc. Knowledge of Java, Spring Framework, and RESTful APIs. Familiarity with log analysis and monitoring tools suchslsk as Kibana, Splunk, and Dynatrace. Exposure to ITSM tools like ServiceNow or JIRA for incident, change, and problem management. Good analytical and troubleshooting skills with an understanding of eCommerce platforms and third-party integrations.
