Over the years, Climate Solutions has grown rapidly and now emerging as a prominent organization with reliable and quality driven EPC services for Solar PV power generation plants & Air Conditioning Plants for industrial, commercial and residential projects Climate Solar is Authorized Dealer of Atum Solar Atum is a patented product range available in solar segment Role – Senior Solar Power Projects Installation Engineer Job Description- 1) Hands on Installation of mainly On grid System ,Off grid & hybrid system solar power plants 2) Hands on Installation of Solar panels, Inverter, Earthing , ACDB, DCDB, Optimizers, Micro Inverters, Cabling, Net Meter, Generation Meter 3) Detailed knowledge of superior quality components & its functioning & latest available technology in market in solar panels, inverters, structure etc 4) Knowledge of Hot dip structure, Fabrication type structure, walkway, standard accessories 5) Knowledge of Standard practices of solar power plant maintenance 6) You should be responsible for team mobilization, work completion & daily project activities at site teams & reporting to company 7) Prepare weekly & Monthly project planning under guidance of project manager 8) Update project wise, product wise stock forecast with the help of project team for timely execution of project 9) Troubleshooting of solar power plant complaints 10) Follow standard operating procedures in all type of solar power plants installation & maintenance Candidate Profile: Graduate & Undergraduate, ITI, Electrical Expert . Candidate with Minimum 1.5 -2 years of experience in Hands on solar power plant installation may apply. Language – Marathi, Hindi Remuneration – based on candidate profile & interviews approx. Rs. [32,000-37,500] P.M Travel Allowance extra as per company guideline Attractive performance based Incentive based on the KRA* assessment as per company guideline Company sim card with calling & data will be provided. Selection Process- Primary Round- 1) Technical interview Selection Round- 1) Candidate Need to show hands on installation expertise at our any running project in Pune city & detailed technical discussion thereof 2) Final selection based on the KRA discussion and alignment of candidate profile with company guideline & approach Candidate looking for long term career should only apply.
