Hvac Technician

Chiller Technician / HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including industrial and commercial chillers. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of HVAC equipment, particularly chillers, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioners, chillers (air-cooled and water-cooled), compressors, and AHUs.

Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults for HVAC systems.

Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.

Maintain accurate service records and prepare reports.

Calibrate thermostats and other system controls.

Handle refrigerant recovery and recharging processes.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and local HVAC codes.

Respond to emergency calls for system breakdowns or urgent repairs.

Requirements:

ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, or Mechanical Engineering.

Proven experience in HVAC systems, with specific expertise in chiller operation and maintenance.

Knowledge of BMS systems and electrical controls is a plus.

Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals.

Good physical condition and ability to work in various environments.

Willingness to work flexible hours and on-call shifts if required.
