Job Description

As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for the following tasks: - Operating power tools and equipment such as electric and pneumatic drills, saws, cutters, and vacuum pumps - Using hand tools and special equipment including wire cutters, crimpers, wrenches, and soldering iron - Maintaining work areas, tools, and equipment in operational, clean, and orderly condition - Installing, repairing, and charging heat pumps and air conditioners according to manufacturer specifications - Conducting spot checks for HVAC design and safety review - Providing HVAC technical support during commissioning and start-up phases - Ensuring personal competency aligns with the HVAC Technician CMAS competency profile - Monitoring site HVAC systems, making adjustments, and performing necessary repairs - Collaborating with Facilities Management Controls Shop, Planning Shop, and other trades for HVAC maintenance - Performing preventative maintenance, site surveys, and repairs on commercial HVAC equipment You will be working at V1 Building, 30/A, 4th Main Rd, HAL 3rd Stage, Bhoomi Reddy Layout, New Tippasandra, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560075. This is a full-time position that requires in-person work.,
