Key Responsibilities

Business Development:
Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities related to BMS and Indoor Climate solutions.
Solution Promotion:
Promote and sell BMS solutions for managing HVAC systems, air quality sensors, temperature control, and energy optimization.
Client Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers, MEP consultants, facility managers, and large commercial/institutional clients.
Technical Presentations:
Prepare and deliver impactful technical and commercial presentations to prospective clients.
Customized Solutions:
Analyze customer needs and propose tailored BMS solutions aligned with project requirements.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with internal technical teams for solution design, proposal development, and implementation planning.
Customer Support:
Assist clients with system selection, specifications, and post-sale support.
Market Intelligence:
Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the Indoor Climate and BMS sector.
Reporting:
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain accurate CRM data to track leads and client interactions.
