Role Overview

Project Manager HVAC

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and oversee HVAC projects ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
Manage site activities, installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for project planning and execution.
Prepare project schedules, material submittals, and progress reports.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and engineering standards.
Supervise vendors, contractors, and technicians for smooth project execution.
Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure prompt resolutions.
Track project costs and maintain documentation for billing and closure.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC project execution and management.
Strong knowledge of HVAC design, installation, and commissioning.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and HVAC design tools.
Ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
