Job Description

As a candidate for this position, you should have a strong understanding of design verification tasks related to estimating heat loads and calculating pressure drops for both air side and water side systems. Your responsibilities will also include creating water side and electrical schemes. Key Responsibilities: - Understanding and proficiency in various equipment used in projects such as chillers, pumps, AHUs, cooling towers, heat recovery units, fans, and ductless ventilation systems. - Analyzing tender specifications and ensuring projects are executed accordingly. - Implementing value engineering techniques to reduce project costs. - Preparing final Bills of Quantity (BOQ) and variation statements. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in design verification tasks and calculations related to HVAC systems. - Knowledge of various equipment used in projects. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to interpret and implement tender specifications effectively.
