HVAC Engineer

As a Mechanical HVAC Engineer with 5 to 10 years of experience, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Preparation of specifications and requisitions - Evaluation of vendor offers - Preparation of technical bid comparisons - Review of vendor documents based on specifications - Coordination with internal interfaces for deliverables - Liaison with clients, vendors, internal disciplines, procurement, and project management teams - Participation in review meetings - Monitoring progress, schedule, and man-hours Your technical competency should include: - Heat load calculation - Equipment selection - Electrical load estimation - Civil load estimation - HVAC room sizing - Utility estimation - Duct design In addition to technical skills, soft skills are crucial for success in this role. You should be able to work in a self-supporting and self-motivating manner, possess good written and verbal communication skills in English, and be an effective team member.
