HVAC Design Engineer

Role : HVAC Design Engineer

Experience & Qualification

• Minimum

  4+ years of experience

  in HVAC design, with preference given to candidates who have worked on

  Gulf region projects

  .

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E / B.Tech)

  is mandatory.

Technical Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong understanding of

  engineering standards, codes of practice, and UAE authorities regulations

  .
• Proven experience in

  HVAC load calculations, system selection, and design development

  .
• Hands-on expertise with

  Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, HAP

  , and

  BIM 360 platform

  .
• Sound knowledge of various HVAC systems, including

  district cooling, VRV/VRF systems, heat recovery ventilation, commercial kitchen ventilation, and basement ventilation systems

  .

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the assigned HVAC design team to ensure

  accuracy, completeness, and quality of deliverables

  .
• Responsible for

  timely delivery of HVAC discipline scope

  in line with project budget and schedule.
• Develop and support

  concept, schematic, and detailed HVAC designs

  for

  commercial, retail, hospital, residential, and high-rise projects

  .
• Provide effective

  space planning and HVAC system layouts

  in coordination with the project team.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless design integration and compliance with project requirements.
