You will be joining 9E Global, a company with a mission to build a better world and shape the future of the built environment through innovative design solutions and a commitment to excellence. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain 3D HVAC models using BIM software such as Revit or AutoCAD MEP. - Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure accurate and coordinated design integration with other disciplines (architectural, structural, etc.). - Create and manage detailed shop drawings, layouts, and as-built documentation. - Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using tools like Navisworks. - Update and modify HVAC BIM models based on design changes, feedback, or field conditions. - Work with engineers to optimize system designs for energy efficiency and compliance with local standards and codes. - Assist in preparing schedules, material take-offs, and other documentation from BIM models. - Ensure all models and documentation adhere to company standards and BIM execution plans. - Participate in project coordination meetings and provide technical support to the project team. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 4-5 years plus experience with a Diploma/ Degree in Engineering. - Expertise in using Revit & Navisworks. - Experience with Engineering consultancy company in PH discipline. - Degree/Diploma in Mechanical and BIM Management. - Experience in Middle East projects will be highly preferred.
