HVAC BIM Modeler

As an HVAC BIM Modeler at our top MNC company, located in Gurugram, you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining detailed HVAC systems models using Autodesk Revit. Your main responsibility will involve developing 3D HVAC models, optimizing system layouts, and ensuring accurate representation of HVAC systems in collaboration with project managers, engineers, and architects. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain detailed 3D HVAC models using Autodesk Revit. - Create, modify, and optimize HVAC system layouts, including ductwork, piping, and equipment placement. - Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure accurate HVAC system representation. Qualifications: Education: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field (preferred). - Relevant certifications in Autodesk Revit and BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) are a plus. Experience: - Minimum 4-5 years of experience in HVAC design and modeling, with a strong focus on Revit. - Prior experience in building information modeling (BIM) and the use of Revit for HVAC systems is required. Skills: - Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (BIM) for HVAC modeling. - Solid understanding of HVAC systems, including air distribution, heating, ventilation, and cooling. - Knowledge of industry standards and codes related to HVAC and BIM practices. - Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Software Knowledge: - Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit for HVAC. - Familiarity with BIM 360, Navisworks, and other BIM coordination tools. - Knowledge of other software like AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or Navisworks is a plus.
