Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide customer support to clients through phone calls, emails, or chats in a professional and courteous manner.
Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using our CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
Meet performance targets set by the organization for quality, productivity, and sales metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-5 years of experience in BPO/customer service industry.
Proficiency in speaking Hungarian language
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts.

Work Mode - WFO
Working Days - 5 DaysSalary - Attractive remuneration Cab - Both Side Cab will be provided
