Human Resources Ops - 6 Months Internship

As an HR Intern, you will be joining our team to provide support in various HR activities. This temporary position is for a duration of 3 months, with the potential for extension. Your role will involve assisting in general HR tasks and gaining practical experience in the field of human resources. Your responsibilities will include maintaining employee records, supporting the recruitment process, assisting in onboarding new employees, organizing and maintaining HR files, supporting HR projects and initiatives, preparing presentations and reports, handling general HR inquiries, conducting research on HR best practices, and maintaining confidentiality. To qualify for this position, you should be currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong communication skills, attention to detail, organizational abilities, multitasking skills, and an interest in learning about HR processes are required. A basic understanding of HR principles and the ability to work well in a team environment are also desired. This is a 6-month internship position with the possibility of extension based on performance and organizational needs.
