Job Description:
We are looking for MBA freshers to join as HR Interns focused on Talent Acquisition. This is a hands-on role where you will assist our team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across active mandates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates using job portals and internal databases
• Assist in resume screening and interview coordination
• Communicate with candidates and update basic tracking sheets

Requirements:

• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic Excel or Google Sheets knowledge
• Willingness to learn and work full-time from our Calicut office
