About the Role: HR Intern – Talent Acquisition


Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and manage drives across various college campuses.
  • Screen applications and resumes to shortlist potential candidates.
  • Coordinate and conduct candidate interviews, ensuring a smooth selection process.
  • Manage and update job / internship listings across career portals, social media platforms, and college networks.
  • Support the planning and execution of company events, including placement drives and career fairs.
  • Actively participate in campus placement activities to promote employer branding and attract top talent.

Internship Details:

  • Duration:

    3 months
  • Stipend:

    ₹12,000 per month
  • Pre-Placement Offer (PPO):

    Intern will be offered full time role based on performance
  • CTC (Post PPO):

    ₹3 LPA to ₹6 LPA
