Human Resources Associate (Female Only) Job

We're looking for a motivated HR Associate (female) to join our expanding HR team and take charge of core HR functions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Handle end-to-end recruitment, job postings, screening, interviews, and smooth onboarding of new hires. 2. Maintain accurate employee data and ensure legal and policy compliance. 3. Help define and monitor KRAs/KPIs and support regular performance reviews. 4. Organize engagement activities and address employee concerns to foster a positive work culture. 5. Identify training needs and coordinate with internal/external trainers for employee development. 6. Support payroll processing, benefits administration, and assist in policy implementation. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. 6. Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism. 7. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), HRMS tools. 8. Strong analytical skills to manage KRAs/KPIs and performance metrics.
