As a Senior HR Audit and Governance Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing HR Audit and Governance processes within the organization. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Conducting thorough audits of HR processes to ensure efficiency and compliance. - Upholding adherence to audit requirements and implementing necessary measures for governance in HR processes. - Collaborating effectively with teams in the Shared Services Center (SSC) setup to streamline operations. To excel in this role, you are expected to possess the following qualifications: - Proficiency in Success Factor software. - An MBA qualification demonstrating strong academic background. - Previous hands-on experience in conducting HR process audits. - Proven track record of working in an SSC environment.
