As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and development of our employees while also overseeing various people operations within the company. Key Responsibilities: - Managing the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring a smooth transition and providing necessary support from paperwork to onboarding checklists and welcoming them with BiteSpeed swag. - Handling employee data and compliance tasks such as health insurances and salary slips to alleviate any concerns for the employees. - Overseeing all people operations, including selecting gifts for team occasions, organizing quarterly off-sites, and managing inventory like Macbooks. - Conducting regular one-on-one meetings with team members to assess their personal and professional well-being, fostering their success through collaboration with peers and managers. Qualifications Required: - Experience driving the people function at an early-stage startup with 50+ employees for at least 2 years. - Ability to thrive in a challenging environment and contribute to streamlining processes and execution as the company scales from 60 to 100+ employees. - Passion for creating a workspace with exceptional talent density, focusing on people and their growth within the organization.,
