Key Responsibilities

• Find candidates actively looking for jobs in Thane and Powai.
• Source candidates through WhatsApp groups, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and personal networks.
• Contact candidates and understand their skills, experience, salary expectations, and job preferences.
• Share relevant job openings with suitable candidates.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Follow up with selected candidates until they join the company.
• Maintain candidate information and recruitment updates.

Eligibility Criteria

• Students, freshers, and individuals interested in HR and recruitment can apply.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, social media, and job portals.
• Ability to identify genuine job seekers and connect them with suitable opportunities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.

Incentive Structure

• No fixed salary or monthly stipend.
• Incentives will be provided for successful candidate joining.
• The incentive amount and payment terms will be communicated clearly before recruitment work begins.
• Incentives will be paid according to the agreed terms after the candidate successfully joins.
