Hiring Alert: Talent Acquisition Intern

Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai
Stipend: ₹15,000 per month

Internship Duration: 3–6 Months
Shift Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Weekly Off: All Sundays & 2nd and 4th Saturdays

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to build a career in recruitment and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment and bulk hiring.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other channels.
• Hire for Therapists, Dentists, Sales, and Retail positions.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening calls.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
• Support the Talent Acquisition team in achieving hiring targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Freshers with an interest in HR and recruitment are welcome.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring requirements.
