Job Description

Recruitment & Sourcing:
Post job openings on job boards, career sites, and social media platforms.
Screen resumes, review application forms, and shortlist potential candidates.
Coordinate and schedule phone, video, or in-person interviews.
Send interview confirmations, follow-ups, and offer/rejection letters. [1]
Onboarding & Offboarding:
Support new hire onboarding by collecting documents, managing joining formalities, and scheduling orientations.
Assist with offboarding tasks, including exit documentation, asset returns, and access revocations.
Help conduct background checks and reference verification for candidates. [1, 2]
HR Operations & Data Management:
Update internal employee databases, HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), and personnel files.
Maintain trackers for attendance, leaves, and employee records.
Assist in gathering payroll-related information (e.g., working hours, bank details, and leave logs). [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Employee Engagement & Culture:
Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, town halls, and wellness events.
Help distribute internal company policies, surveys, and feedback forms.
Respond to basic, routine employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
