About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern who has recently completed graduation or post-graduation in HR or a related field. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain practical experience in Human Resources and develop their skills in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting and resume screening.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
• Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
• Assist in attendance management and other HR administrative activities.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and HR-related tasks.
• Coordinate with internal teams for day-to-day HR operations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Recently graduated in HR, MBA (HR), BBA, B.Com, or a related discipline.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
