Human Resource Intern

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple business functions.
• Source relevant candidate profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring dashboards.
• Support offer rollouts, candidate documentation, and joining formalities.

2. HR Operations

• Support employee onboarding, documentation, and induction activities.
• Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HRMS/Keka data.
• Support attendance, leave, and employee data management.
• Help coordinate HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and internal communication.
• Assist with HR documentation, reports, and administrative activities.
• Support the HR team in day-to-day operational requirements.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
